Who We Are

Haley started Haley Dercher Marketing to demystify the process around creating a comprehensive, integrated marketing system for AdTech and MarTech startups.

Haley brings more than 10 years of marketing and public relations experience to the tech startup landscape. Currently leading content creation and thought leadership initiatives for Tapad (acquired by Telenor Group in 2015), a marketing technology company renowned for its breakthrough, cross-device solution, Haley doubled media impression for Tapad year over year. 

Prior, Haley was Head of Marketing at Adelphic (acquired by Time Inc. in 2016), the only mobile-first DSP with patented technology to allow for audience identification in cookie-less environments. During her tenure, Haley was responsible for the development of Adelphic's entire brand architecture, public relations, product marketing, and sales collateral creation.

Previously, Haley held marketing and public relations positions at Nielsen, KBS+P, and in the small business design sector. 

Haley holds a Master of Arts degree in Media, Culture & Communication, with a concentration in visual and cultural studies from New York University.
